The College of Administrative Sciences, represented by the Department of Business Administration at Al-Mustaqbal University, organized an advanced scientific and specialized workshop on Monday, 28 September 2026, entitled “Workplace Harmony and Conflict Management.” The workshop was prepared and delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Laith Ali Matar and was attended by the Head of the Department of Business Administration, Assist. Prof. Dr. Amjad Hamid Majeed, along with faculty members and a large number of undergraduate students. The event aimed to enhance managerial and behavioral competencies within organizational environments. Hosted in the Department’s specialized lecture halls, the workshop provided an in-depth academic discussion on the mechanisms for building a positive and stable work environment based on mutual understanding, cooperation, and professional integration. The presenter reviewed the latest internationally recognized strategies for resolving disputes and managing organizational conflicts in the workplace, highlighting their direct impact on strengthening job commitment and improving individual and team productivity. The workshop concluded with an interactive discussion and brainstorming session, during which the Head of the Department, faculty members, and students exchanged valuable insights and addressed questions related to managing workplace pressures and achieving administrative and behavioral balance. The Department Presidency emphasized that organizing this developmental workshop forms part of its continuous scientific and cultural programs aimed at enhancing leadership and soft skills among both academics and students. It further noted that understanding workplace psychology and conflict management constitutes a fundamental pillar in preparing future leaders and managers capable of guiding institutions and organizations efficiently while meeting the evolving demands of modern professional environments and labor markets.
