The Dean of the College of Science at Almustaqbal University, Assistant Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, held a meeting on Monday, 5 October 2026, with the college’s website officers and activity officers, in the presence of the Medical Physics Department’s Website Officer and the Department’s Activity Officer. The meeting was held at 12:00 noon to discuss a number of issues related to the development of electronic, media, and university activity work. The meeting aimed to organize work mechanisms and strengthen coordination between website and activity officers in a way that contributes to developing the content published on the official websites and presenting it professionally and systematically, reflecting the academic, scientific, and extracurricular activities of the college and its departments. The meeting addressed mechanisms for monitoring and updating the websites, organizing the publication of news, events, and activities, and emphasizing the importance of adopting a unified style for content preparation and adhering to appropriate publishing schedules to ensure continuous media coverage of academic and scientific activities. The participants also discussed mechanisms for coordination between website officers and activity officers in documenting events and providing the necessary news, information, photographs, and media materials for publication. The meeting also highlighted the importance of following up on implemented activities and strengthening the college’s and its departments’ online presence. Assistant Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani emphasized the importance of teamwork and continuous cooperation between website and activity officers, contributing to improving the quality of media and electronic performance and presenting the college’s academic and scientific activities and achievements in a professional manner that reflects its academic standing.
