The Dean of the College of Science at Almustaqbal University, Assistant Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, held a meeting on Monday, 5 October 2026, at 9:00 a.m. with the heads of the college’s scientific departments and their rapporteurs to discuss a number of academic and administrative matters related to the workflow within the college. The meeting was held as part of the College Dean’s commitment to following up on the work of the scientific departments and strengthening communication and coordination between the College Deanship, department heads, and rapporteurs. This contributes to organizing responsibilities, developing work mechanisms, and improving academic and administrative performance. The meeting addressed several issues related to the progress of the educational process, as well as academic and scientific activities and events. It also discussed mechanisms for organizing work within the departments and identifying key needs and requirements that could contribute to supporting the educational process and providing an appropriate academic and administrative environment. The meeting also included a number of observations, directives, and recommendations emphasizing the importance of continuous cooperation and coordination between the College Deanship and the scientific departments. Particular attention was given to documenting academic and scientific activities and publishing them in an organized manner that reflects the ongoing academic and scientific engagement within the College of Science.
