The website officers of the scientific departments of the College of Science at Almustaqbal University participated on Tuesday, 6 October 2026, in a specialized training workshop for website officers representing all colleges, departments, and units. The workshop was organized by the Presidency of Almustaqbal University and was held at 9:00 a.m. in Abdul Razzaq Hall, Medical Building, Ground Floor.
The workshop aimed to develop electronic work mechanisms and enhance the performance of website officers by introducing the key regulations and guidelines governing the preparation, editing, and publication of electronic content. It also addressed ways to improve the quality of news reports and media coverage published on the official websites of the university, its colleges, and departments.
The workshop covered several topics related to the responsibilities of website officers, including mechanisms for preparing, drafting, reviewing, and publishing news. It also emphasized the importance of selecting appropriate content and photographs and adhering to approved standards and guidelines for electronic publishing to ensure professional and well-organized media content.
The workshop also provided an opportunity to raise observations and inquiries and discuss the main challenges facing website management. Participants exchanged views and experiences on developing work mechanisms, improving content quality, and strengthening coordination between website officers and the relevant authorities.
The participation of the College of Science department website officers in this workshop reflects the college’s commitment to following the directives of the Presidency of Almustaqbal University and continuously developing the electronic and media performance of its departmental websites.
