The meeting addressed preparations for the workflow of academic and administrative operations within the department, discussing mechanisms for organizing tasks and distributing responsibilities to ensure the completion of work and activities with the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Key discussion points also focused on following up on organizational and educational requirements and providing an appropriate environment that contributes to advancing both administrative and scientific performance within the department.
