The Department of Media at the College of Arts and Humanities at Al-Mustaqbal University organised a specialised training workshop on the morning of Saturday, 10 October 2026, focusing on mechanisms for producing fast-turnaround media content using modern digital technologies. The workshop hosted Egyptian journalist Mona Iraqi, a director, broadcaster, and presenter of social affairs programmes, and was attended by second-, third-, and fourth-year students, alongside a distinguished group of the department’s professors and lecturers. The workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Rubaie, Director of Provincial Affairs at the Communications and Media Commission. The activities were characterised by an interactive and practical approach, with students presenting examples of fast-turnaround media content for professional discussion and evaluation. This aimed to develop their communication skills in line with contemporary media practices and modern approaches to audience engagement. At the conclusion of the workshop, Al-Mustaqbal University honoured Egyptian journalist Mona Iraqi with the shield of the Future Media Forum in recognition of her participation and outstanding contribution to developing students’ practical skills and supporting their academic and professional journeys.
