The Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technology held elections on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, to select the student representative for Group B. The candidates were Furqan Qaisar Ali Eidan, Hussein Bashar Jabbar Jawad, and Mohammed Anwar Abdul Hameed Laith. The election took place in Hall AC-002 of the College of Engineering Technology building at Al-Mustaqbal University, under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Hashim, and Teaching Assistant Ruqaya Muhannad. The election was conducted through direct student voting, resulting in Mohammed Anwar Abdul Hameed being elected as the representative of Group B. This initiative aims to promote student participation, strengthen democratic principles and a sense of responsibility, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and enhance communication between students and the department administration. The activity aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), by encouraging active participation and promoting effective organizational practices within the university environment.
