Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Mustaqbal University Organizes an Academic Visit to the Faculty of Law As part of efforts to promote awareness of human rights and instill national values, the Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an academic activity on Monday, October 2026, which included a visit to the university’s Faculty of Law. The delegation from the Faculty of Dentistry, led by Dr. Walid Jassim Al-Zubaidi, was welcomed by Professor Ammar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Law. During the visit, students from the Faculty of Dentistry delivered a presentation on human rights and related initiatives—an effort aligned with the university administration’s directives and the knowledge the students have acquired throughout their academic studies. The students also explored the curriculum of the course on "Crimes of the Defunct Ba'ath Regime," which offers historical and national lessons that contribute to a deeper understanding of rights and freedoms. For his part, Professor Ammar Al-Husseini emphasized the importance of students continuing their academic pursuits and expanding their knowledge, preparing them to become a conscious generation capable of contributing to nation-building and serving society. He further underscored the necessity of upholding human and ethical values, while maintaining respect for the dental profession and its core mission. The meeting lasted approximately one hour, during which participants exchanged views and ideas on the role of academic and cultural activities in fostering student awareness and strengthening their engagement within society. At the conclusion of the visit, the Dean of the Faculty of Law bid farewell to the delegation, commending this academic initiative for its role in strengthening ties of cooperation and communication among the university’s various faculties.
