As part of its efforts to expand academic partnerships and foster collaboration among Iraqi universities, Al-Mustaqbal University has signed a joint scientific and academic cooperation agreement with Erbil Polytechnic University. The agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise, develop institutional relations, and open new avenues for cooperation in educational and research fields. The agreement was signed by the President of Erbil Polytechnic University, Prof. Dr. Idris Muhammad Tahir, and the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision at Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi—representing the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi. The meeting included an agreement to launch joint initiatives for students, as well as to organize scientific and academic conferences and events. These efforts are intended to strengthen communication between faculty members and students, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience, and enhance the educational and research environments at both institutions. The signing took place during a visit by an Al-Mustaqbal University delegation—comprising Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi (Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision) and Prof. Dr. Tariq Jawad Kadhim (Director of the Scientific Affairs Department)—to several universities, including the Northern Technical University, Tishk International University, Cihan University–Erbil, and Erbil Polytechnic University.
