The Department of Medical Physics at the College of Science, Almustaqbal University, organized an awareness activity entitled “Education: The Foundation of Development, Human Empowerment, and Shaping the Future” on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Medical Physics Laboratory (109) in the Medical Building. The activity was presented by Assistant Lecturers Ghusoon Saeed Jaber, Noor Firas, Zainab Jasim, and Tahreer Kadhim Rajab. It aimed to highlight the role of education in shaping individuals’ character, developing their abilities, and strengthening their contribution to society. The activity addressed the importance of advancing education beyond the transmission of information to become a means of developing critical thinking and creativity, instilling values, and promoting social responsibility. These efforts contribute to preparing generations capable of addressing challenges, building their nations, and shaping a better future. This activity reflects the Department of Medical Physics’s commitment to raising awareness of the importance of education in achieving sustainable and comprehensive development for individuals and society, in alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education.
