As part of its ongoing efforts to develop postgraduate programs and enhance its academic and research environment, Al-Mustaqbal University has inaugurated a dedicated academic wing for the Master’s Program in Nursing Sciences for the 2026–2027 academic year. The opening took place during a meeting between the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and the program’s students. The University President congratulated the students on the launch of the program, which is among the academic programs hosted in collaboration with Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt. He emphasized the university’s commitment to providing an integrated educational environment and supporting scientific research to contribute to the development of Iraq’s healthcare sector and the improvement of nursing care services. The newly inaugurated academic wing includes a dedicated lecture hall, as well as offices for academic and administrative staff, providing the necessary facilities to support the educational and research activities of postgraduate students. The opening ceremony was attended by several university assistants, college deans, and academic officials. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to expanding postgraduate programs, strengthening international academic cooperation, and preparing specialized scientific professionals to meet the needs of society.
