Future University, represented by its President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, participated in the opening of the third edition of the Iraq Education Conference, which commenced on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, under the patronage and in the presence of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, under the slogan “From Education to Development: Global Partnerships and Universities Shaping the Future.” The conference brought together a distinguished group of academic leaders and local and international scientific figures to discuss ways to develop higher education, strengthen international academic partnerships, support scientific research and innovation, and align educational outcomes with labor market needs and sustainable development requirements. This participation aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), contributing to enhanced scientific cooperation and improved higher education quality. Future University is the No. 1 among Iraqi private universities.
