Al-Mustaqbal University held an explanatory and training workshop today, Sunday, November 1, 2026, on the procedures for organizing documents for the 2025–2026 academic year. The workshop was conducted by Engineer Fatima Haider Abbas, Officer in Charge of the Electronic Documentation Programme, with the participation of final-year coordinators from the university’s colleges and departments. The workshop addressed the procedures for organizing documents, entering data, and verifying information through the electronic programme. It also included discussions of the challenges and errors encountered by staff during their work and ways to address them, contributing to minimizing errors, ensuring document accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of document issuance procedures.
