The College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University continues to advance its postgraduate programmes through the effective delivery of advanced academic courses and lectures for students enrolled in the International Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, offered in cooperation with Egypt’s Mansoura University. As part of this programme, an intensive specialised lecture in Human Resource Management was delivered under the supervision of the course lecturer, Assist. Prof. Dr. Amjad Hamid Majeed, Head of the Department of Business Administration. The lecture was conducted in accordance with the established weekly timetable at the beginning of the 2026–2027 academic year. The academic session, held in one of the Department’s specialised lecture halls designated for postgraduate students, featured an in-depth presentation by Assist. Prof. Dr. Amjad Hamid Majeed, focusing on contemporary strategic and theoretical concepts of human capital management and their practical application in today’s business environment. The interactive lecture included direct discussions and brainstorming sessions addressing approaches to analysing administrative challenges and improving institutional performance. Students were also guided on how to connect theoretical frameworks with practical applications to address contemporary workplace challenges, drawing on reputable international databases and scholarly indexing platforms. This academic commitment ensures the completion of the first-semester requirements while providing an advanced learning environment that combines academic rigour with international experience.
