The President of Almustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shaker Majdi, visited the laboratories of the Department of Medical Physics at the College of Science on Monday, November 2, 2026. The visit formed part of his field tour to review laboratory operations, assess scientific equipment, and examine the laboratories’ readiness to support students’ education and practical training. During the visit, the University President reviewed laboratory activities, the procedures for conducting experiments and practical exercises, and the use of equipment and supplies to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications in medical physics, helping students develop their skills and scientific competence. He emphasized the importance of upgrading laboratories, meeting their needs, and adhering to safety and quality standards to provide a learning environment that develops students’ abilities and enhances practical training. This visit reflects the University leadership’s continued commitment to addressing the needs of academic departments and supporting the development of the Department of Medical Physics laboratories, keeping pace with the requirements of the discipline and preparing scientifically and practically qualified graduates.
