The Department of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Industries held a scientific workshop as part of its continuing education program titled “Artificial Intelligence in Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Processes,” under the supervision of Zainab Hassan Ali. The workshop addressed the importance of employing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the development of petroleum and chemical processes, their role in improving production efficiency, data analysis, and enhancing the efficiency of industrial operations, as well as reviewing modern applications of AI in the petroleum sector. This workshop is part of the department’s efforts to enhance scientific knowledge, keep pace with the latest technological developments, and develop students’ academic and practical skills. Almustaqbal University ranks first among Iraqi universities.
