The Department of Media at the College of Arts and Humanities at Al-Mustaqbal University held a specialised awareness seminar on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, entitled “Financial and Administrative Procedures for Students”. The seminar was delivered by Lecturer Dr Qasim Mahdi Hamza and Assistant Lecturer Hamed Shakir Karim, with the aim of organising students’ administrative and financial affairs. The seminar highlighted the importance of students meeting their tuition fee payment obligations within the specified deadlines and provided a comprehensive overview of the financial procedures adopted by the university departments. It also explained how to use the students’ digital identification badge, which serves as an essential administrative indicator linked to each tuition instalment and helps facilitate the monitoring of student transactions and ensure the smooth implementation of administrative procedures across the university campus. The awareness seminar aimed to familiarise students with all applicable university regulations and enhance their academic awareness of the importance of complying with administrative guidelines. These regulations help students understand and follow the procedures related to their academic journey.
