In a remarkable academic achievement reflecting its continued institutional development and commitment to excellence, Al-Mustaqbal University has secured first place among Iraqi private universities and third place nationally among all public and private universities in the Times Higher Education Arab University Rankings 2027. The University has also been placed in the 101–125 band regionally, among 269 ranked universities. This achievement reflects the University's strategic vision of advancing academic and research excellence, enhancing the quality of higher education, strengthening international engagement, and adopting internationally recognized institutional performance standards. Its performance across the ranking indicators demonstrated notable results, achieving 60.6 in Research Quality, 59.6 in International Outlook, 19.1 in Industry, 14.5 in Research Environment, and 12.3 in Teaching.
