MUC Medical Devices Department has organized a seminar entitled "The new strain of Coronavirus Omicron". The seminar has been delivered by Assist. Dr. Ameer Mizher, from the DNA Research Center at the University of Babylon, and under the supervision of the lecturer Riam Abd-Alkhuder.
The seminar has included several topics such as the Coronavirus and its mutants, delta and omicron, how mutations and genetic variants emerge, the necessity of getting the vaccination, and how to keep the pandemic from spreading.
Based on the principle of collaborative scientific research between public and private colleges.
These initiatives are supervised by Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, who has acknowledged that the purpose of hosting such seminars is to serve the community.
