Within the International Students Forum for achieving Sustainable Development Goals, and specifically SDG3 for Good Health & Welfare, the Students Activities Division at Al-Mustaqbal University College has organized a Medical Tent in cooperation with Dentistry, Medical Labs and Optics Techniques Department.
The teaching staff of the Dentistry Department with their students have arranged an awareness campaign to examine teeth, and how should a person take care of his teeth. The campaign also included distributing toothpaste with brushes to students free of charge.
Within the same Medical Tent, the Medical Labs Techniques Department has led an operation to analyze and test students blood for early detection of diseases, in addition to checking up blood pressure as well as diabetes.
As for the optics, this Department has organized a campaign to examine students’ eyesight, using the most modern medical devices.
