Al-Mustaqbal University College participated in the conference of ministers of higher education in the French capital Paris where the Iraqi delegation was headed by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa. The official statement of the Conference provided the following points.
