Within the College Program to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, a group of academics with their students at the Department of Accounting have conducted a campaign for planting evergreen trees as well as seasonal seedlings as part of the plan to increase the MUC green area, and meanwhile encouraging students to plant trees due to their positive effect on the environment. It is remarkable to note, however, that vegetation in general has an essential role in releasing oxygen in the atmosphere, absorbing carbon dioxide, and thus reducing pollution as well as softening the degrees of heat.
