“Pneumonia: Causes & Effects”

Part of the College Strategic Program to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically, SDG4: Quality Education, and SDG3: Good Health & Well-Being, with the Guardianship of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, Department of Radiology Techniques has organized an Awareness Campaign entitled

“Pneumonia: Causes & Effects”

It is considerable to note that the Campaign has been conducted in Marjan Hospital by the Academic Mr. Hussein Ali Madloul with the participation of a group of the Dept. Students. During the Campaign, certain brochures have been distributed to people, which clarify that Pneumonia is an inflammation that affects the lungs pulmonary alveoli, due to being filled with a substance other than air, such as pus or sputum. Meanwhile, the role of Radiology in the diagnosis process has been highly emphasized.
