First International Scientific Conference on Medical Sciences was launched on Thursday 9th February 2023, at the Cultural Centre Court in Kirkuk Governorate.
It is considerable to note that on behalf of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, Assist Prof. Dr. Munthir Fadhil Hassan, the Deputy Dean for Administrative Affairs has attended the Conference accompanied by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Rawdan Salman, an Academic at the English Language Department.
The Opening Ceremony of the Conference has started with the Recitation of Verses from the Holy Quran, then the National Anthem has been played, followed by reading Surat Al-Fatiha on the Souls of Iraq Martyrs. After that, President of the Northern Technical University and the Conference Chair has delivered a speech in which she has welcomed the honourable guests, appreciating the Scientific Progress achieved by the University, referring meanwhile to the Conference, being a major scientific event where researchers from various Universities have been invited. As soon as Prof Dr. Alyaa has ended her speech, the Conference Sessions have been launched.
We should note as well that Scientific Posters Exhibition has been organized, referring to the 48 Research Papers that have participated in the Conference, in addition to the Exhibitions of Sponsoring Companies.
Finally, we are obliged to confirm that the approved Research Papers shall be published in “Medical Journal of Babylon”, which is indexed within SCOPUS Engines.
