In Cooperation with Business Administration Department of Al-Mustaqbal University College, Administration & Economics College at University of Babylon Organizes its Second Scientific Conference

Under the Guardianship of His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research, College of Administration & Economics at University of Babylon, and in cooperation with Business Administration Department of Al-Mustaqbal University College, has organized the 2nd Scientific Conference, raising the Slogan

“Towards a National Program to Reshape & Promote Iraqi Economy”

The Conference has been launched with the reading of Surat Al-Fatiha on the Souls of Martyrs, followed by playing the National Anthem, and we should note that the Opening Session has included the Speech of Al-Mustaqbal University College, which has been delivered by Prof Dr. Muaid Al-Fadhl, focusing in it on the problem of Exchange Rate in the Local Market and its Impact on the Local Economy.
The Conference has mainly aimed to exchange Scientific and Research Experiences between Local Universities, in addition to achieving SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, which has been and still with the other UN Goals an essential part of the College Strategic Programs.
Chairman of the Preparatory Committee, Assist. Prof. Dr. Haidar Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, has clarified that the Conference has dealt with Research on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Banking, as well as Economics, and meanwhile, referring to the number of Research Papers accepted by the Scientific Committees that have amounted to (33), with the participation of (70) researchers from inside and outside the University.
During the Conference, two documentary films have been displayed, the first, dealing with the University Activities that aim to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, whereas the second film has been telling the Success Story of Al-Mustaqbal University College.
Finally, we should note that the Scientific Conference has been attended by a considerable group of Academics from both Universities, in addition to Post-Graduate Students and other guests.
