“How you could become a Woman Leader”

Part of the College Strategic Program to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically, SDG5: Gender Equality, and under the Guardianship of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, Women Empowerment Unit, and in cooperation with Bath International College, has organized a Scientific Workshop entitled

“How you could become a Woman Leader”
It is remarkable to note that the Workshop Lecture has been delivered by the International Trainer Ms. Widad Selman Al-Jubouri for two consecutive days, and under the Supervision of Prof. Dr. Sahira Qahtan Abdul Jabbar, Head of Women Empowerment Unit.
However, the main objective of the Workshop has been to focus on the Key Features of a Woman Leader Personality, which include Planning Capabilities, Communication, Management & Discussion Skills, Time Control, Problem Solving, and Decision Making. These skills and capabilities should be promoted so that a Woman Leader becomes Practical as well as productive, achieving success in all aspects of her life, whether at work, at home or in other fields.
