We would like to note that Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, has chaired a Meeting to the Council of Engineering & Technology College, where several issues related to promoting the University and the College have been discussed in detail.
As a matter of fact, College of Engineering & Technology has been quite distinguished in the fields of Research and Student Activities. However, the College is constituted of 6 Departments, and they are as follows:

1. Computer Engineering Techniques Department
2. Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering Department
3. Department of Building & Construction Engineering
4. Bio-Medical Engineering Department
5. Department of Chemical Engineering & Petroleum Industries
6. Department of Medical Devices Engineering
We are obliged to note that the University President has appreciated the efforts exerted by the Departments, and emphasizing the necessity for their constant cooperation with the College Deanship in order to proceed on their Excellent Performance. We should add that Assist Prof. Dr. Azher M. Abid has been selected a Dean to the College, and Engineer Dr. Sameer Ibrahim a Deputy Dean for Scientific Affairs, in addition to Departments Heads as Members of the College Council.
