Within Scientific Research Indicators that are often announced by Global Engines and Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, regarding Iraqi Universities Ranking, we are glad to announce that Al-Mustaqbal University has managed to achieve the Second Position in the number of h-index coefficient, with number 33 in SCOPUS, and 25 in Web of Science Engines for the period 2017- 2022.
It is remarkable to note that Assist Prof. Dr. Tariq Al-Musawi, Head of Scientific Affairs, has confirmed that Al-Mustaqbal University has achieved the 2nd Rank as per h-index Coefficient, and the First Rank in the number of Citations. Besides, Al-Mustaqbal University has published on SCOPUS 2392 Research Papers.
Moreover, Assist Prof. Dr. Tariq Al-Musawi has clarified that h-index coefficient can be used to measure Researchers’ Productivity, represented in the number of Published Papers, and Effect of these Papers, which refers to their Number Citations that have been adopted by Foreign Researchers from outside Iraq, and thus reflecting the Effect Degree of our Published Papers in the Field of Research in general.
