A Delegation of Al-Mustaqbal University, headed by Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and accompanied by Prof Dr. Fadhil Farhoud Al-Jubouri, Head of Cultural Relations, Prof. Dr. Haidar Kamil, Manager of Scientific Affairs, and Assist Prof Dr. Ibrahim Rasoul, Dean of Administrative Sciences College, has paid a Visit to University of Kufa where the Delegation has been received by Prof Dr. Yasir Lafta Hassoun, President of Kufa University,
During the Visit a Scientific & Academic Agreement has been signed between the two Parties, which mainly aims to make use of the capabilities and experiences of Kufa University that might contribute in promoting the Educational Environment between the two Universities, in addition to implementing Training Programs in the joint fields. Organizing Conferences, Forums, Symposiums, Workshops and other types of Activities have been taken into consideration when signing the Agreement.
Prof. Dr. Fadhil Farhoud has clarified that this Agreement comes within the Directives of His Excellency Minister of Higher Education in order to reinforce joint cooperation between Public & Private Universities in the different fields, including Research and raising encouragement for publishing in SCOPUS & Clarivate Journals, emphasizing that Kufa University President is highly cooperative in this field and in Academics Secondment, Students Training, Quality and Governance.
At the end of the Visit, Shields have been exchanged between the two parties, and for his part, Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University has thanked Kufa Presidency for the Warm Welcome, appreciating meanwhile the Unique Status that University of Kufa has achieved at all levels.
