A Scientific Research Focuses on the Enhancement of Creativity Factors among Employees of Nano-Technology Companies

It is considerable to note that Engineer Mr. Ahmed Hasan Shakir, Head of Student Activities Department, has participated in an Innovative Scientific Research that aims to explore and investigate the factors affecting creativity among Employees of Nano-Technology Companies, including Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, as well as the Corporate Social Responsibility in stimulating Employees' Innovation. We should note however that this Research has been published in the Journal "Advances in Nano Research", which is classified within SCOPUS Q1.
Research Conclusions do confirm that these factors indeed play a major role in the Innovation Stimuli Process. As a matter of fact, the Sequential Mediation Analysis has showed that Creativity is significantly influenced by the aforementioned factors, i.e. Psychological Capital, Job Satisfaction, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Furthermore, the Research Conclusions indicate that these factors not only explicitly or implicitly affect creativity, but they also clarify up to 67.35% variation in the Level of Innovation.
We should note as well that the Study has emphasized the significance of promoting Labor Environment, Employee Satisfaction, and giving more attention to the Psychological Aspects as being vital means for raising the Degrees of Creativity.
Finally, we are committed to confirm that other types of companies can also benefit from the Current Research Conclusions in promoting Employees' Performance & Success.
