We would like to note that Al-Mustaqbal University has recently signed 10 Scientific & Academic Agreements with Reputable Iranian Universities, where the Conclusion Ceremony has been attended by Prof. Dr. Haidar Abid Dhahad, Deputy of Higher Education Ministry for Scientific Research Affairs. These Universities are listed below:

3. Tarbiat Modares University
4. Shahid Beheshti University
5. Shahid Chamran University
6. Razi University
7. Ilam University
8. Lorestan University
9. Hazrat Masoumeh University
10. Buali Sina University
These Agreements however have aimed to enhance Cooperation Horizons between Al-Mustaqbal University and Iranian Universities in the Scientific & Academic Fields as well as Research. Main Issues included in these Agreements can be summarized as follows:
1. Exchange of experiences between Medical, Engineering and other Scientific Colleges
2. Provision of Research Opportunities and Joint Supervision
3. Mutual Membership in Editorial Boards and University Scientific Journals
4. Establishment of Joint Research Centers for Industry Development
5. Mutual Scholarships in divergent Specializations
6. Joint Academic Stages (Dual Degree programs)
7. Research Opportunities for Faculty Members
8. Joint Cultural, Artistic & Sports Programs
9. Organizing Workshops, Seminars, and Conferences between Al-Mustaqbal University and any of the aforementioned Universities
10. Exchange of Visits between University Presidents in order to activate Agreements, in addition to getting acquainted with the Centers & Colleges of each University
For his part, Prof. Dr. Wahid Haddad, the Iranian Deputy Minister of Science, Research and Technology, has expressed his pleasure to receive the Iraqi Delegation, confirming the Iranian Universities readiness to provide full support to Iraqi Universities for the purposes of achieving the Highest Quality Standards in all aspects of Higher Education.
