It is considerable to note that a Delegation representing Al-Mustaqbal University, headed by Assist Prof Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, President Assistant for Scientific Affairs has attended a Meeting convened at the University of Babylon with the Delegation of National Institute for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, which has been chaired by Dr. Jawad Mohammadi, Head of the Institute & President of Islamic Azad University in Tehran.
Being attended by Prof. Dr. Qahtan Al-Jubouri, President of Babylon University, and Prof. Dr. Hassan Al-Awadi, President of Al-Qasim Green University, a Scientific and Academic Cooperation Agreement has been signed between Al-Mustaqbal University and the Iranian National Institute for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology.
We should note that the Agreement has been focusing on all types of Scientific and Academic Activities, in addition to cooperating in publishing Scientific Research in the "ISI" Journal, specialized in Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology. It has also included joint work in the fields of Supervising Laboratories, Organizing Workshops and Symposiums as well as activating visits between the two Parties for the purpose of promoting the Educational Process at both Institutions.
We are obliged to mention as well that a video has been shown during the Meeting, which provides an introductory overview of Al-Mustaqbal University with its Scientific and Academic Activities. Finally, Commemorative Shields have been exchanged between the two Parties as a symbol of Mutual Cooperation.
