Under the Guardianship of the Head of Supervision & Scientific Evaluation Apparatus, with the Direct Supervision of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Quality Assurance Department and in coordination with the Institutional Accreditation Council of Al-Mustaqbal University has organized a Scientific Training Workshop entitled
"Application of Institutional Accreditation Standards to Ensure
Quality of Education & Continuous Improvement"

We should not that the Workshop has been attended by the Members of the Institutional Accreditation Council, and they are
1. Prof. Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Mahmoud
2. Prof Dr. Muhsin Aboud Al-Ebadi
3. Prof. Dr. Haidar Hatem Falih
Moreover, Representatives of Public and Private Colleges and Universities within Al-Furat Al-Awsat Governorates have been present at the Workshop, in addition to the President Assistants, Deans of Colleges, their Deputies, Heads of Departments and Employees in the Field of Quality and Academic Accreditation of Al-Mustaqbal University.
Three Lectures have been delivered by the Accreditation Council Members, in which they have focused on 'Basic Standards for National Institutional Accreditation', and 'Elements & Indicators of these Standards', clarifying, meanwhile, the Practical Methods & Mechanisms required to obtain Accreditation for Iraqi Higher Education Institutions. Accordingly, organizing this type of workshops shall undoubtedly pave the most appropriate road towards obtaining Accreditation with High Levels of Quality that shall meet the needs of the Labor Market locally as well as regionally and globally.
It is worth noting that Al-Mustaqbal University aspires to become one of the most important Universities in Iraq with a Distinguished Position at Higher Education & Scientific Research as it pays much attention to the issue of quality and its various programs.
