It is considerable to note that Futsal University Championship for Middle Euphrates Region 2023 has been launched at Al-Mustaqbal University Campus, with the participation of 16 Teams representing Al-Furat Al-Awsat Universities.
We should note that the Opening Ceremony of the Championship has witnessed a procession of the participating teams, in addition to the Judging & Organizing Committees.
For his part Assist Prof Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, President Assistant for Scientific Affairs, has emphasized the importance of hosting such Events as they reflect the University’s Vision in the development of Sports Sciences. After that, he has announced the start of the Tournament amid an enthusiastic atmosphere, where the first matches have been played at the Stadiums of Babylon University and Al-Mustaqbal University, with four matches in each Stadium.
