Under the Guardianship of Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, being supervised by Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayim, Dean of Technology & Health Sciences College, and in cooperation with Babylon Health Department, the College organized on Tuesday 5th December 2023 Blood Donation Campaign, which is deemed an essential procedure for giving aid to Patients with Thalassemia, Anemia, and other Diseases. We should note however that a group of the University Academics, Students as well as Employees have actively participated in the Campaign.
We are obliged to emphasize that the Campaign has aimed to save the lives of many patients who are seriously in need of blood, in addition to improving the personal health of donators. Besides, it is a National Initiative that shall promote the spirit of unlimited cooperation and brotherhood among the One Nation Citizens.
For her part, the College Dean, Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayim, has clarified that the Campaign indeed reflects Humanitarian Aid Principle as well as the Spirit of Citizenship, that have been clearly witnessed in the highly notable turnout by the many Academics, Students and Employees.
