In implementation to the Directives of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, being part of the University Program to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, specifically, SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for other Goals, Third Year Students of Children's Branch at the College of Nursing have organized a Field Visit to Al-Sana Private Nursery & Kindergarten. The Visit has been under the Supervision of Dr. Mustafa Al-Shimmeri, the Professor of Human Growth & Development at the College.
It is remarkable to note that the visit has aimed to provide Third Year Students with the opportunity to conduct Practical Application of the Subject in question, i.e. Human Growth & Development. Students indeed have managed to measure the weight and height of the Kindergarten Children, in addition to evaluating the Psychological, Emotional & Cognitive Development of those Children, all along with their Academic Abilities.
The Kindergarten Administration has been quite pleased with the College of Nursing Visit and meanwhile confirming the importance of Cooperation between Educational & Health Institutions that all shall lead to serving the Community.
