As an embodiment of Integration & Cooperation Principles between Public and Private Universities, and in implementation to the Directives of the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, being directly supervised and guided by Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, a Twinning and Joint Cooperation Agreement has been signed between Al-Mustaqbal University and University of Technology, represented by Prof Dr. Furat Hamza Abid Kadhim, College of Sciences Dean at Al-Mustaqbal University, and Prof Dr. Alaa Kadhim Farhan, Dean of Computer Science Department at University of Technology, and in the Presence of Prof Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Hassan Al-Ghabban, President of the University of Technology, in addition to Heads of Computer Science Branches, whereas Al-Mustaqbal University has been represented in the attendance of Assist Prof Dr. Ali Kadhim Al-Ghurabi, Head of the Cyber-Security Department, and Assist Prof Dr. Mahdi Ebadi Mani', Head of Artificial Intelligence Department.
It is remarkable to note that the Agreement has aimed to enhance Scientific and Cultural Cooperation between the two Universities, and thus building strong ties between Public and Private Universities. However, the Agreement has included a set of important Items & Paragraphs, the most prominent of which are the following:
1. Exchange of Administrative and Scientific Expertise between the two Universities Cadres
2. Promotion of Student Activities & Events at all levels, Cultural Scientific and Social
3. Development of Joint Programs, Workshops, Seminars and Scientific Conferences that shall undoubtedly have a positive contribution in the Cross-Fertilization of Ideas and thus developing Scientific Innovations
4. Enhancement of the Educational Process at both Universities.
