Being invited by Green Space for Creativity & Sustainable Development Organization, Al-Mustaqbal University Delegate has participated in the Organization Visit to prepare the Cooperative Plan with the Iraqi House for Creativity, represented by Mr. Hisham Al-Thahabi.
The Visit Program has included Several Activities, the most notable of which has been the Meeting with Mr. Hisham Al-Thahabi, Founder of “Iraqi House for Creativity” in which he has talked about his experience in transferring the Organization into Sustainable and Green.
For his part, Mr. Sajjad Razzaq Al-Hilali, an Employee at the Student Activities Department of Al-Mustaqbal University, has submitted a Proposal to the Organization to pay a visit to Al-Mustaqbal University in order to get acquainted with the Green Areas there, and learning about the efforts exerted in the Achievement of Environmental Sustainability. Moreover, Mr. Al-Hilali has suggested establishment of a Partnership between the University and the Organization for the purpose of benefiting from the University Experiences in this field, in addition to exploring the importance of creating a Welcoming & Accessible Environment for People with Disabilities.
Finally, we are obliged to note that Dr. Ahmed Hasan Shakir, Director of Student Activities Department, has confirmed his full support to all Environmental Sustainability Initiatives, emphasizing the vitality of Cooperation between Al-Mustaqbal University and Relevant Organizations so as to enhance Green Spaces. He has added that the University has been always seeking to provide a Sustainable and Comprehensive Educational Environment that would welcome all Students, including People with Disabilities.
