It is remarkable to note that Dr. Zain Al-Abidin Aboud Kadhim Al-Huseini, an Academic at the Accounting Department, College of Administrative Sciences, at Al-Mustaqbal University has published in cooperation with a group of Foreign Researchers an Academic Paper entitled
