As part of his ongoing follow-up to the preparations required for the launch of the New Academic Year 2024-2025, Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Al-Mustaqbal University President, has convened a series of meetings with the College Councils of Health & Medical Technology, Science, Nursing, Dentistry, and Pharmacy, focusing on the processes of reviewing and evaluating what has already been accomplished during the past Academic Year, in addition to assessing the plans prepared by the College Deanships for the Academic Year 2024-2025, including those related to Scientific Research, Conferences, Seminars, and other activities regarding Community Service, as well as the procedures of receiving and registering Students, all along with the distribution of assignments, and formation of Committees of all types so as to ensure ideal functioning and regularity of the Educational Process.
In his speech, the University President has appreciated the achievements already accomplished during the previous period and at various levels, valuing the role of all responsible departments, starting with the Advanced Staff, and through them to all Academics and Employees, emphasizing meanwhile the necessity of working in the spirit of a team, enhancing the Values of Belonging and Institutional Loyalty, which constitute the best route towards Success and maintaining the Achievements already attained.
In another aspect of his Speech, Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, has directed the College Deans to escalate pace of work ensuring the creation of an Exemplary Educational Environment, being undoubtedly represented by the provision of High Level Quality Infrastructure comparable to that of Reputable International Universities, including Study Halls. Laboratories as well as Workshops that are equipped with the latest devices. Besides, His Excellency has focused on the necessity of following up the implementation of the Academic Program, emphasizing Practical Aspects, especially since those skills have become the basic requirement for Graduates to obtain a Job Opportunity, in addition to being the basis for pushing the wheel of development forward. He has also stressed the importance of directing students and involving them in the Activities and Initiatives adopted by the University.
The University President has concluded his Speech confirming to attendees and through them to all University Academics that Achievement of Success and provision of the Best Level of Performance is a Responsibility that falls on everyone.
