Researcher Nadia Mustafa Hussein Al-Hamdani discussed the doctoral thesis entitled as "Arbitrariness in Criminal Investigation Procedures" Monday at the Faculty of Law, University of Tikrit.
Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini, a specialist in criminal law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Babylon, participated in the discussion as a member. He received an appreciation letter for his outstanding efforts to participate in the thesis and for his contribution to the Law Faculty.
The study of arbitrariness in the investigation procedures is a cornerstone of civil rights, in light of the building of the modern state and the importance of human rights.
