Chemical Engineering and Oil Industries Departments have been Organized three scientific seminars with the Al Mustaqbal Grew for scientific and research. The research was titled as "Water safety in iraq, fact and treatment with presence of the collage academic staff and students.

It starts with a speech by the presenter of the Water resource's management, Dr Faleh Hassan Aliwi, where it was talking about the lack of water in the Iraqi resources and their main causes in time, while the second part of the speech by scientific researcher Dr. Nazir al-Rubaie was taking about the challenges of the water's lake for the sustainable development. The final Part of speech by Dr. Doha Abdel Amir one of staff academic in Chemical Engineering and Oil Industries Department, showed the most important ways followed in the rationalization of water consumption .
