In the Latest Bulletin issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Office of the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs, Al-Mustaqbal University has managed to come up with a New Scientific Achievement by occupying First Place among its Counterparts of Iraqi Universities regarding number of Highly-Cited Research Papers according to the Web of Science Report for the period between 2019 – 2024
It is remarkable to note that Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, has clarified in a Statement released to the University Media that the University Output of Highly-Cited Research Papers has amounted on the Website of Science to 47 Papers, amid 49 Public and Private Universities that have appeared on the Web of Science, and thus occupying the First Place, followed by University of Baghdad in the Second Place, with University of Technology coming Third.
Prof Dr. Majdi has appreciated all efforts exerted by Academics, Employees and Students that have led to such Vital Achievement, calling at the same time for more hard work and excellence, not only in the Field of Scientific Research, but in all other Fields included within the University Vision and Mission. Moreover, he has confirmed his readiness to support all Initiatives that would achieve Highest Levels of Excellence and Success.
