In a distinguished academic atmosphere, and upon a kind invitation from the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the university witnessed a high-level official and academic presence, coinciding with the visit of Professor Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and his Vice President, Professor Dr. Tarek Mostafa Ghaloush, in their first-ever visit to Iraq.

The meeting was attended by the Governor of Babylon, Mr. Adnan Fayhan Al-Dulaimi, the Head of the Provincial Council, Mr. Asaad Al-Muslmawi, President of the University of Babylon, Professor Dr. Ameen Al-Yasiri, and President of Al-Qasim Green University, Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Awadi, along with several assistants, deans, and government officials.

In his speech during the event, the Governor of Babylon expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the President of Al-Mustaqbal University for organizing this prominent event. He noted that Al-Mustaqbal University has become a distinguished academic model, not only at the level of Babylon province but also nationally and internationally, due to its outstanding academic achievements and pioneering initiatives, including its advanced partnership with Mansoura University, which he described as a source of pride and honor.
