The Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Babylon Branch congratulated the Dean of the Engineering Technical College at Al-Mustaqbal University, on the occasion of his promotion to the rank of Professor, in recognition of his academic career and distinguished scientific efforts in supporting higher education and scientific research. The congratulatory visit took place during a delegation’s visit from the Syndicate to the Engineering Technical College. The delegation included Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib, Head of the Babylon Branch, and Dr. Haider Al-Jubouri, who conveyed the congratulations and best wishes of the academic community on this important scientific achievement, emphasizing the importance of supporting scientific competencies that contribute to the development of the academic environment and the advancement of educational standards. Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib also presented an official letter of congratulations on behalf of the President of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, praising the scientific contributions and academic efforts that strengthen the progress of education and scientific research within academic institutions. For his part, Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd expressed his gratitude and appreciation for this kind initiative, commending the Syndicate’s role in supporting academics and caring for their scientific and professional careers. This recognition aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, through supporting academic competencies and enhancing the quality of higher education and scientific research.
