An Exceptional Action Plan to Achieve Comprehensive Readiness for Institutional Accreditation

The plan comprises three main phases, beginning with reviewing and identifying files and evidence within the Quality Assurance Department and pinpointing any deficiencies. This is followed by directing the relevant colleges and departments to complete the required procedures and documentation, and monitoring their implementation. The plan concludes with a final audit and on-site verification phase to ensure that the documentation aligns with actual practices. The objective of these procedures extends beyond simply completing paperwork; it encompasses ensuring the practical and on-site application of all quality and institutional accreditation standards.
