Engineering Technical College Faculty Member Publishes a Scientific Research Paper in IEEE
Mr. Ali Adnan Abdul Kadhim, an Assistant Lecturer in the Computer Engineering Techniques Department at the Engineering Technical College, published a scientific review paper (Review Paper) in 2026 in an IEEE publication. The paper, entitled "A Review on Data-Driven LoS/NLoS Classification Techniques for 5G Wireless Communication Systems," highlights the latest data-driven techniques for classifying Line-of-Sight (LoS) and Non-Line-of-Sight (NLoS) propagation paths in fifth-generation (5G) wireless communication networks. It also explores the role of artificial intelligence and machine learning in improving data transmission efficiency and enhancing communication stability in complex environments. This achievement reflects the Engineering Technical College's commitment to advancing scientific research and encouraging its academic staff to publish in reputable international scientific platforms and publications, thereby contributing to knowledge development, innovation, and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure).
