Call for Papers

Research Submission Guidelines The research paper must not exceed 15 pages. The research paper should not include a theoretical chapter. References within the text must follow the author–date citation system, for example: (Wajih Mahjoub, 1990, p. 12), and should not be presented as footnotes. All references must be listed at the end of the research paper. The research must be written in Simplified Arabic, using a font size of 14 pt, while headings should be 16 pt. The number of authors must not exceed three researchers. In the event of acceptance, the invitation will be addressed only to the first author. The first page must include the research title, author’s name, email address, institutional affiliation, Arabic abstract, and keywords. The Arabic abstract must not exceed one page, including the keywords. Conference Participation The researcher is required to pay the publication fee if the research is accepted for inclusion in the conference proceedings and publication in the designated journal. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation. Accepted research papers will be published in the official journal, subject to the journal’s publication requirements. Participants will receive the Scientific Innovation and Excellence Medal, conference bag, and participant ID badge. Coffee breaks will be provided during the conference sessions. Abstract and Full-Paper Submission Deadlines Submission opens: February 1, 2026. Final deadline for submitting abstracts and full papers via the conference submission link: September 1, 2026. Publication Accepted research papers will be published in the Journal of Physical Education, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Babylon. Publication fee: IQD 50,000. All submitted research papers are subject to the publication guidelines and requirements of the journal.
