Publishing & Submission Instructions

Conference Announcement The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce The Fourth International Conference on the Future Sustainable Energy, which aims to bring together researchers, academics, industry experts, and students to exchange scientific knowledge and present the latest advances in their respective fields. The accepted papers will be submitted to Trans Tech Publications Ltd (Scientific.net). The conference welcomes original, unpublished research papers related to the conference themes. The conference will include: • Keynote speeches • Technical sessions • Oral presentations • Poster presentations (optional) • Industrial exhibitions (optional) • Workshops (optional) Submission Guidelines Authors must submit: • Full paper in MS Word format • PDF version • Copyright Form • Author Information Form Requirements: • Original work only. • The paper must not be published or under review elsewhere. • Similarity Index should not exceed 20% (excluding references). • Papers must follow the conference template. • Papers should be written in English. • Authors are responsible for English language quality. Submission Process Step 1 Create an account on the Conference Management System. Step 2 Complete the online registration form. Step 3 Upload: • Full paper • PDF • Supplementary files (if any) Step 4 Receive an automatic confirmation email. Step 5 The Editorial Office performs an initial screening. Initial Screening Each submitted paper will undergo an administrative check for: • Scope compatibility • Formatting • Plagiarism • Completeness of files • Ethical compliance Possible outcomes: • Proceed to peer review • Minor corrections before review • Reject before review Peer Review Process The conference follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process. Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers. Review criteria include: • Originality • Scientific significance • Novelty • Technical quality • Methodology • Results • Discussion • References • English language • Overall contribution Review Decision Possible decisions are: Accepted The paper is accepted without modification. Minor Revision Small corrections are required. Major Revision Significant improvements are required before reconsideration. Rejected The manuscript does not satisfy the conference standards. Reviewer Comments Reviewer comments will be sent anonymously to the corresponding author. Authors should prepare: • Revised manuscript • Response to Reviewers document Every reviewer comment should be answered individually. Revision Process Authors should: • Highlight all changes. • Explain each modification. • Upload: o Revised paper o Response letter Late revisions may not be considered. Final Decision The Scientific Committee makes the final publication decision. Possible outcomes: • Accepted for presentation and publication • Accepted for presentation only • Rejected The Committee's decision is final. Acceptance Notification Accepted authors will receive: • Official Acceptance Letter • Registration Instructions • Presentation Guidelines • Publication Information • Invoice Registration At least one author must register before the registration deadline. Registration includes: • Conference attendance • Conference materials • Certificate • Proceedings • Publication processing (if applicable) Failure to register before the deadline may result in paper withdrawal. Registration Fees Registration fees include: • Conference participation • Conference proceedings • Coffee breaks • Lunch • Certificate • Publication processing Publication Policy Accepted papers will be published in one of the following (according to conference agreement) in Peer-review journal Publication depends on: • Successful peer review • Registration payment • Presentation at the conference • Compliance with publisher requirements The publisher reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet publication standards. Presentation Guidelines Presentation types: • Oral Presentation • Poster Presentation • Online Presentation (if available) Presentation time: • 15–20 minutes • 5 minutes discussion Withdrawal Policy Authors wishing to withdraw their manuscript must notify the Conference Secretariat in writing before final acceptance. Registration fees are generally non-refundable after the review process has commenced. Finally, the publications fee is 300 USD. Our journals are as below; 1. Key Engineering Materials 2. Thus, the paper may be considered for publication in Scopus indexed journal or in another non-indexed journal.
