Quality Platrorm

The Quality Assurance Platform is an integrated electronic system designed to manage and monitor quality-related activities at Al-Mustaqbal University. The platform helps organize tasks between the central Quality Assurance unit, colleges, and academic or administrative departments. It enables users to create and classify tasks, track completion status, upload files and attachments, manage notes, follow up administrative books, and archive completed work in a centralized and organized manner. The platform provides a role-based dashboard for each user, whether at the central administration, college, or department level. This supports faster follow-up procedures, improves documentation accuracy, and enhances institutional communication across the university. It also includes user management, administrative structure management, and performance evaluation forms, making it an effective digital tool for supporting quality assurance and academic accreditation requirements.
